The Book Audit
Three business days from exports to a scored answer.
How many agreements lapsed last year? How many projects finished with no maintenance sold behind them? Your systems already know — send the exports and we’ll put a number on it.
$2,500, credited in full against a 90-day start — and if the readout isn’t worth your time, don’t pay for it. Everything the audit produces is yours to keep either way.
What comes back
Four deliverables, one readout.
The book in numbers
Agreements active and expired. Projects completed in the last 24 months with no maintenance sold behind them. One-building customers whose owners hold more buildings you don't serve. Accounts dormant 12+ months. Equipment aging past year twelve.
The top 25 moves
Ranked, each with the why-now — the trigger that makes it worth a call this quarter — and the likely contact.
A sample Monday brief
What a working week looks like: the best moves in the book with five sendable drafts written in your voice, grounded in your real history with each customer.
A 45-minute readout
We walk the numbers together. If the book warrants it, the readout ends with a proposal for a 90-day start — and the audit fee credits against it.
What to send
An hour of exporting. That’s the whole ask.
Standard exports from whatever runs your shop — CSV or Excel, however it comes out. If it can export a spreadsheet, we can work from it — and we’re glad to walk whoever runs your office through the exports.
Your data stays yours, is seen only by us, and is deleted on request. We’ll ask about a read-only calendar look later — only if you’re comfortable, and never to start.

Book the Work is run by its founder, Leland Fidler, from Sudbury, Massachusetts. You’ll deal with him directly — on the call, on the audit, and on the book.
Get started
Schedule a 30-minute call.
We’ll talk through how service gets sold today and whether the audit is worth your $2,500. If it isn’t, we’ll say so — and if the readout isn’t worth your time, you don’t pay for it.
